Introducing
ProGFit!
It has been a long time coming, but I have finally taken the big step and started ProGFit Personal Training.
I
have been in the fitness industry for over ten years and have grown as a
trainer to deliver a service that not only maximizes your potential but brings
out the best in all of my clients’ capabilities.
When
I train, I focus first on general mobility and finding where you stand in
strength and endurance. I have found that the sooner that I find what motivates
you, the sooner I can begin the journey to discovering the athletic inner voice
that will drive you.
I
have worked with ex-athletes, (soccer, basketball, football, and even figure
skating) pregnant women, the un-motivated, even those who simply didn’t like
working out.

Many personal trainers are focused on getting X amount of fans because it's the "cool" thing to do. I wish to earn X amount of fans through motivation and innovative exercise with a keen sense of when to inspire, advise, and educate. All the while you are becoming close to making your fitness goals a reality.
