Pro G Fit Announces New Website

Its been several years in the making, but Pro G Fit is now officially up and running.

Next LEVEL Fitness is a circuit training challenge that is put together to test all aspects of strength.

Muscular Strength
Muscular Endurance

Cardiovascular Endurance and WILL!!!!! (Flexibility and Body Composition will play a key role as well)

***NEW*** We are moving indoors! This event that takes place every Saturday. Though challenging, do understand that complete fitness is not conquered without triumph!!
We will be holding this event inside the LeBlond Recreation Center.

Cost: $10

Optional Items: Yoga Mat, beach towel, water, 3-5lb hand held dumbbells

I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a Coaches mentality that will push you to a threshold that you thought was non existent.

My motto is "Listen to your Body." Allow myself and the energy of the class to encourage you to see new heights when it comes to personal growth, Muscular strength, endurance, and WILL!!!

Introducing ProGFit!

It has been a long time coming, but I have finally taken the big step and started ProGFit Personal Training.

I have been in the fitness industry for over ten years and have grown as a trainer to deliver a service that not only maximizes your potential but brings out the best in all of my clients’ capabilities.

When I train, I focus first on general mobility and finding where you stand in strength and endurance. I have found that the sooner that I find what motivates you, the sooner I can begin the journey to discovering the athletic inner voice that will drive you.

I have worked with ex-athletes, (soccer, basketball, football, and even figure skating) pregnant women, the un-motivated, even those who simply didn’t like working out.

Many personal trainers are focused on getting X amount of fans because it's the "cool" thing to do.  I wish to earn X amount of fans through motivation and innovative exercise with a keen sense of when to inspire, advise, and educate.  All the while you are becoming close to making your fitness goals a reality.
